Mr. Jacobson graduated from the Tel-Aviv University department of Economics and Accounting and from the College of Management Law School. His professional experience includes: Co-management of the Clal Group tax department, business consultancy and preparing companies for IPO, CEO of M.I. Holdings Ltd. (a government company advising the Prime Minister on issues related to bank stocks), VP in DS Investment Group and CEO in the subsidiary Bridge Investment House Ltd. and managing partner in Bank Hapoalim Investment Company.
Since 2007 Mr. Jacobson has been working as an investment banker through his company, Equity M.I. Ltd. Mr. Jacobson currently serves as an external director in Avgol Industries.
