The Avgol Israel plant features five Reicofil production lines. This factory produces Spunbond, SMS and AVSPUN™ hydro-entangled spunlaid fabrics for hygiene, wiping, industrial & agricultural markets. Total capacity is 33,000 tons, 70% of it SMS, and supplies fabrics to the leading users of spunmelt materials in Europe, Middle East and Africa.

In 2001, Avgol established its flagship Mocksville, North Carolina plant. With 3 state-of-the-art 4.2-meter Reicofil® SMS lines, and a 4th line to be added in early 2012, equipped with 5 & 6 beams as well as BiCo capability, this factory meets the needs of North America’s most demanding customers with 60,000 metric tons of state-of-the-art performance, quality and variety. An on-site 100,000 square feet finished goods storage warehouse enhances the plant’s ability to provide dependable, consistent supply.

The Avgol/Hubei Gold Dragon plant features 2 Reicofil SMS lines with Avgol’s proprietary technology producing 23,000 tons per year. A 3rd line will be added in 2012 increasing capacity to 38,000 tons. This factory began operating in 2005 in response to the growing consumer demand of disposable hygiene products with the same level of high quality SB and SMS fabrics made in the USA and Europe, but now required for the markets in China and Northeast and Southeast Asia.

The Avgol Russia plant began its operation in 2008 in the Tula region, south of Moscow. This factory currently operates a 3.2 meter Reicofil line, producing 10,000 tons annually of extra-low basis weight SMS and SB for the hygiene markets in Russia and Eastern Europe.
