Israel

Avgol Israel
The Avgol Israel plant features five spunmelt production lines based on Reicofil 2 and Reicofil 3 technologies. The plant produces spunbonded, SMS and hydroentangled spunlaid fabrics for hygiene, wiping, industrial and agricultural applications.

USA

Avgol NC – Mocksville, North Carolina
In June 2001, Avgol established its flagship North Carolina plant with 3 state of the art 4.2-meter Reicofil 3 SMS lines to meet the growing demand of the North American market. The plant’s production capacity accounts for more then 50% of Avgol’s total capacity.

China

Hubei Gold Dragon/Avgol JV Plant – Jingmen City, Hubei Province
The Hubei Gold Dragon (HGD) joint venture plant features a 3.2-meter SMS line based on Reicofil 3 and Avgol proprietary technology. The plant began operating in 2005 in response to the growing demand for high-quality spunbonded fabrics in markets in China and throughout Northeast and Southeast Asia. The plant has a capacity of 8,500 metric tons per year and supplies spunbonded and SMS fabrics, mainly to the hygiene and industrial markets. Avgol expects to invest in additional spunmelt assets for this plant to meet the forecasted demand for quality spunmelt materials for these high growth markets.

Russia

A new production line began operations in 2008 in the Tula region of Russia including a 3.2 meter line which will in the future produce about 10,000 tons annually. The factory sup¬plies fabrics produced using Spunbound and SMS technologies for the hygiene markets and industry in Russia.
