  • Oversee the preparation and consolidation of financial statements for the group.
  • Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
  • Coordinate external and internal audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Ensure corporate governance and ISOX compliance.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing accounting team, provide guidance, mentoring, and professional development.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the finance team, streamline and enhance financial processes and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with site controllers and finance teams to ensure consistency and accuracy in financial reporting and practices.
  • Partner with senior management to provide financial insights and support strategic financial planning.
  • Participate in mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, and other processes as needed.
  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of financial systems and software.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in financial management.
  • Support the group CFO in preparing board materials, various presentations, and other executive-level communications.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • CPA with background from one of the BIG 4 – Must.
  • Experience with publicly traded companies in Israel – Must.
  • Minimum 7 years of progressive financial management experience, with at least 3 years as a senior controller or similar role, preferably within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS.
  • Full professional fluency in both English and Hebrew (written and verbal).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Excellent Excel and Office skills.
  • Experience with SAP and BI tools is an advantage.
  • Leader, highly organized, accurate, ability to work under pressure and tight schedules.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
