Avgol is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated FP&A analyst to join its HQ FP&A team.

Job Summary

The FP&A Analyst will play a crucial role in providing financial insights that drive decision-making across the organization. This individual will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and possesses strong communication skills to effectively partner with various departments.

Job Description

  1. Financial Planning & Analysis

  – Develop, maintain, and improve financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long

term planning

– Analyze financial results, identifying trends, and providing insights to senior management

– Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable

recommendations

 

  1. Budgeting & Forecasting

– Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and monthly forecasts

– Collaborate with department heads to gather input and ensure accuracy in financial

projections

– Track performance against budgets/forecasts and provide variance analysis

 

  1. Reporting

– Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including dashboards and

presentations for senior leadership

– Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting as needed

 

  1. Business Partnering

– Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business drivers and align financial

strategies with business objectives

 

  1. Process Improvement

– Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, tools, and systems

– Streamline reporting and forecasting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy

 

Job Requirements

– BA in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

– 4+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related roles

– Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modelling

– Experience with SAP is a plus

– ⁠experience from a global manufacturing company is a plus

– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

– Excellent communication and presentation skills

– Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines

– High attention to detail and accuracy

– Fluent in English
